How do I book?
Please complete the above form and enter all of your party details. One of our friendly staff will be in touch within 24-48 hours to go over your booking information with you. Once we know it is correct, you will receive your invoice for your deposit. Once we receive your deposit, your booking is confirmed and all you need to do is wait for that magical day your princess arrives!
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as soon as you know your party date. Typically recommend booking 4 - 6 weeks in advance to secure your first choice of character. We can always move your party date, we operate on a 'first come, first serve' basis.
Oh No! I need to make changes to my booking
Easy Peasy! You are welcome to add characters and adjust your package up to 48 hours before your event. Need to cance? Simply give us 24 Hours notice and we will happily reschedule your event. * Please note your deposit is non-refundable*
